Uncooked Hot Mustard

|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Place mustard in a bowl.
Gradually stir in cold water until smooth.
Stir in oil.
Cover and let stand for 1 hour for the flavor to mellow.
Use immediately, or transfer to a small jar, cover, and refrigerate up to a month
