|White wine||60 Milliliter|
|Cooked mussels||375 Gram|
|Ground black pepper||1 Pinch|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
In a saucepan, heat the butter and saute onion until clear and tender.
Add tomatoes and cook 1 minute.
Add wine, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the mussels and heat through, but do not boil.
Season with pepper and serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
Serve with crusty French bread.
