Spicy Mussels In Cocomilk

My version and interpretation of preparing TAHONG IN COCOMILK.
Ingredients
  Mussels 1 Kilogram (Fresh / Frozen)
  Coco milk 400 Milliliter (1 Can)
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), sliced
  Ginger 40 Gram, sliced
  Lemon grass stalks 2 , sliced
  Chilli 2
  Kaffir lime 4
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green onion stalk 4 , sliced
  Broth cube 1⁄2 (Classic Flavor)
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

# Heat a large pan and add extra virgin olive oil.
# Sauté ginger and after 1min add garlic, lemon grass, lemon kaffir leaves and stir for 1min or until garlic is slightly golden brown.
# Add mussels, cocomilk, ground pepper, chilli and broth cube.
# Simmer until mussels are cooked, stirring occasionally.
# Add green onion for garnishing and serve.
