Steamed mussels in white wine is a simple yet flavorful seafood recipe. Prepared with shallots cooked in italian dressing with mussels and white wine, it is flavored with chopped parsley for a fresh taste, seasoned and prepped with red pepper, it is served warm and savory.
Ingredients
  Italian dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped shallots/Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mussels 3 Pound, scrubbed
  Dry white wine 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Green onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Red pepper 1 Dash, crushed
Directions

In large saucepan or stockpot, heat Italian dressing and cook shallots over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil, then simmer covered 4 minutes or until mussel shells open.
