Mussels Brussels Style

Ingredients
  Mussels 10 Pound, cleaned and brushed
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Celery 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped (Use Leaves)
  Parsley sprigs 10
  Onion 1 , chopped
  White wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Freshly ground black pepper 1
Directions

Heat the butter in a large pan over low heat and add celery leaves, parsley, onion, wine and pepper.
Add the mussels and cover the pan.
Simmer until the shells open, 7 to 10 minutes.
Strain the broth.
