Mussels Brussels Style
|Mussels||10 Pound, cleaned and brushed|
|Celery||1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped (Use Leaves)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|White wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1|
Heat the butter in a large pan over low heat and add celery leaves, parsley, onion, wine and pepper.
Add the mussels and cover the pan.
Simmer until the shells open, 7 to 10 minutes.
Strain the broth.
