Steamed Mussels In White Wine
|Lite italian dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Wish Bone)|
|Chopped shallots/Onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mussels||3 Pound, well scrubbed|
|Dry white wine||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Crushed red pepper||1 Dash (Generous)|
In large saucepan or stockpot, heat Italian dressing and cook shallots over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 4 minutes or until mussel shells open.
