Steamed Mussels In White Wine

Ingredients
  Lite italian dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Wish Bone)
  Chopped shallots/Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mussels 3 Pound, well scrubbed
  Dry white wine 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crushed red pepper 1 Dash (Generous)
Directions

In large saucepan or stockpot, heat Italian dressing and cook shallots over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 4 minutes or until mussel shells open.
