|Mussels||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Bacon strip||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Scrub mussels; open shells with knife, like clams.
Remove beard; lay in baking pan.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and onion.
Lay bacon on top.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in 300Â°F oven until bacon is crisp.
