Chicken With Mushroom And Wine
|Frying chicken||3 Pound, cut in serving size pieces|
|Condensed golden mushroom soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Dry sherry||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, sliced (Fresh)|
|Seasoned salt||To Taste|
|Pepper||1 , seasoned|
Arrange chicken in baking dish, skin side down, with meatiest pieces toward outside of dish.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Cover dish with wax paper.
Cook on high (9) for 10 minutes.
Turn pieces over.
Combine soup, wine, and mushrooms; pour over chicken.
Continue to cook, uncovered, on high (9) for 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is fork tender.
Cover with wax paper and allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
