Mushrooms A La King

Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 1 Pound (500 Gram)
  Chopped onion 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Butter 75 Milliliter (5 Tablespoon)
  Flour 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 Milliliter)
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 Milliliter)
  Chopped pimento 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Pimento juice 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Dry sherry 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
Directions

Wash mushrooms and detach stems from caps.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add stems and onion.
Stir fry for 1 minute.
Add caps and continue cooking 2 minutes.
Remove mushrooms from skillet.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Add milk gradually and cook until thick, then stir in the chicken broth and remaining ingredients.
Add mushrooms and taste for seasoning.
Spoon into patty shells or serve over toast points.
