Shrimp And Mushroom Ring

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Celery stalks 3 , chopped
  Green onions 4 , chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , chopped
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Shrimp 15 , cooked and cut into thirds
  Bacon slices 6 , crisply cooked and crumbled
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs)
  Long grain rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown celery, onions, pepper and mushrooms in butter, in a frying pan.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Cover.
Cook at medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
Pour into ring mould and serve
