Easy Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms
|Canned crabmeat||7 1⁄2 Ounce (Drained)|
|Canned shrimps||7 1⁄2 Ounce (Drained)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Clean and remove stems from mushrooms.
In a deep dish, clean and dice crabmeat and shrimps.
Add cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste and a sprinkle of paprika.
Stuff mixture into mushroom caps.
Sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese.
Bake at 350Â°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
