Baked Or Roasted Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Mushroom caps 36
  Butter 1 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
  Toast slices 6
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 450F degrees
2.Make sure to select mushrooms that are plump and are truly little cups
MAKING
3.Prepare caps as directed
4.Now place them upside down in a baking-dish
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and place a bit of butter in each cup
6.Set the pan in a quick oven and cook for 15 minutes
7.The cups will be filled with their own liquor
SERVING
8.Serve with slices of toast and a sauce of your choice
