Roasted Squab

This wonderful Roasted Squab recipe will surely get you hooked to this tasty dish. I make this dish frequently at home as my husband loves the flavor of the Roasted Squab. Why don’t you try it for yourself!
  Squabs 4
  Butter 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dry bread cubes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sage To Taste
  Hot broth/Water 2 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)

Clean squabs.
Rub inside with salt and pepper.
Brown giblets; combine with bread crumbs, onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, poultry seasoning, sage, 2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter and enough hot broth or water to moisten.
Stuff squabs with mixture.
Rub outside with butter.
Roast, breast side up, on a rack in shallow pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender
