|Dry bread cubes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Poultry seasoning||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Hot broth/Water||2 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
Rub inside with salt and pepper.
Brown giblets; combine with bread crumbs, onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, poultry seasoning, sage, 2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter and enough hot broth or water to moisten.
Stuff squabs with mixture.
Rub outside with butter.
Roast, breast side up, on a rack in shallow pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender
