Cheesy Fish And Mushroom Gratin

Ingredients
  White fish fillets 6 Ounce
  Dried cream of mushroom soup 3 Ounce (1 Pack)
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Poach fish in salted water until just tender.
Drain, remove bones and leave in small pieces.
Make the mushroom soup according to directions on pack, and pour over the fish in an ovenware dish.
Mix breadcrumbs and grated cheese and sprinkle over.
Bake until top is browned and sauce bubbling, sauteed mushrooms can be added on top as a garnish.
