Ingredients
  Mushroom cups 250 Gram
  Thick french bread slices 8
  Butter 90 Gram
  Finely chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Trim mushroom stalks and keep for another dish. Arrange bread slices side by side in a shallow dish. Place mushroom cups rounded side down on the bread slices. Melt butter; add parsley, garlic and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Spoon butter sauce over mushrooms and bread. Bake in a preheated moderately hot oven 190C (375F) for about 20 minutes. Serve at once. Serves 4.
