Ingredients
  Mushroom crowns 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Eggs 6 , beaten
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green chili pepper To Taste
  Oregano 1⁄8 Teaspoon, seeded and chopped
  Milk 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook mushrooms, onion, and chili in butter in skillet for 8 minutes.
Combine eggs, seasonings, and milk.
Add to skillet cook, stirring occasionally, until set.
