|Multigrain bread slice||6|
|Grated cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mixed herbs||2 Tablespoon|
Remove stalks from mushrooms.
Process bread into fine crumbs.
Cook bacon between paper-towel for 2 minutes on HIGH.
Add shallots and cook a further minute.
Mix breadcrumbs, bacon, shallots, cheese, eggs and herbs until well combined.
Spoon mixture into mushrooms.
Place 12 mushrooms on the outside of the turntable and cook for one minute on HIGH.
