Ingredients
  Mushrooms 1 Pound
  Chopped shallots 2 Tablespoon
  Whipped margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Pale dry sherry 3 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash and slice mushrooms.
Using a large frying pan, saute shallots in margarine until glazed.
Add mushrooms and saute quickly.
Add Sherry and cook down until juices are slightly reduced.
Sprinkle with parsley.
