Chicken With Celery And Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Celery stalks 4 , cut into 0.25 inch slices
  Whole small mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound
  Broiler fryer chicken 1 , skinned, boned, and cut into 0.50 inch strips
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon (In 2 Table Spoons Water)
  Water 2 Tablespoon (In 1 Table Spoon Cornstarch)
  Dry sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Heat oil in wok and stirfry celery and mushrooms 2 to 3 minutes.
Push aside.
Stirfry chicken 3 to 4 minutes or until done Combine chicken and vegetables.
Add broth, soy sauce, cornstarch mixture, and sherry.
Heat until sauce boils and is thickened, stirring constantly.
Serve at once with rice.
