Sauteed Mushrooms (Funghi Fritti)

Ingredients
  Button mushrooms 1 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Salt and pepper 1
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth.
Saute the garlic in the oil for two minutes.
Add the mushrooms and seasonings and saute over a low heat for about ten minutes.
