Green Peas With Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Water/Nonfat chicken broth / vegetable broth / sherry / wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Green peas 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Sliced mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
Directions

1. Place water, broth, sherry, or wine in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Add mushrooms, onion, and curry powder. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed.
3. Add green peas. Simmer for 5 more minutes or until peas are warmed through.
4. Remove from heat. Stir in yogurt and serve.
