Herbed Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 4 Cup (64 tbs), sliced
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Stock 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), seasoned
Directions

Saute mushrooms briefly in oil.
Add remaining ingredients.
Turn into casserole.
Cover.
Bake at 350° F. for 20 minutes.
