Easy Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 1 Pound
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Italian salad dressing 8 Ounce (Commercial)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Clean mushrooms, and trim stem ends.
Combine mushrooms, water, and salt in a small saucepan.
Bring mixture to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 2 minutes.
Drain mushrooms, and pat dry with a paper towel.
Combine mushrooms and remaining ingredients, cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
Mushrooms may be stored in refrigerator for 1 week.
