Beef Stuffed Mushrooms - I tried this recipe for the pool-side party last week and should say that this yummy beef recipe was a hit. These Beef Stuffed Mushrooms are not much spicy but are rich with a tang which is hard to resist. Check out this juicy Beef Stuffed Mushrooms dish.
Ingredients
  Mushrooms 1 1⁄2 Pound (medium)
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Remove stems from mushrooms; wash caps in salted water.
Broil mushroom caps, round ed side down, for 3 minutes.
Combine all remaining ingredients; shape into balls which fit mushroom caps.
Place in caps.
Broil about 2 inches from heat for 5 to 8 minutes.
Serve hot.
