|Butter sticks||1⁄2 , softened|
|Chopped parsley||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped mushrooms||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), pressed|
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
Combine all remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Fill the mushrooms with the mixture, mounding slightly on the top.
Place on baking sheets.
Bake at 375 degrees for about fifteen to twenty minutes.
