|Italian salad dressing mix||3⁄4 Ounce (1 envelope)|
|Tarragon vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Salad oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), crushed|
|Red pepper sauce||6 Drop|
|Onion||1 Medium, thinly sliced and separated into rings|
|Button mushrooms||8 Ounce, drained (2 cans, 4 ounces each)|
Shake dressing mix, vinegar and water in tightly covered large jar.
Add salad oil, sugar, garlic and red pepper sauce; cover and shake to mix.
Add onion rings and mushrooms.
Cover; refrigerate at least 8 hours.
To serve, remove onion rings and mushrooms with slotted spoon.
