|Olive oil/Vegetable oil/butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, sliced|
|Dried herbs||1 Teaspoon (Italian, basil, rosemary, tarragon or thyme)|
1. In a large skillet heat the oil over medium-high heat.
2. Sauté the sliced mushrooms for 3-4 minutes or until starting to brown.
3. Add in the dried herbs like basil, rosemary, tarragon or thyme and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
4. Serve this hot on top of a grilled steak, as a side dish with chicken or on top of a green salad.
You can add a pinch of salt as per your preference.
Oil can be substituted with butter.
