Sautéed Mushrooms

What could be simpler than sautéed mushrooms? Not only is this sautéed mushroom recipe easy, it adds tons of flavour to any meal. Serve on top of chicken, beef or pork, add to pasta dishes, soups or salads, or simply serve it as a side. This recipe is a Good Source of Riboflavin.
Ingredients
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil/butter 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Dried herbs 1 Teaspoon (Italian, basil, rosemary, tarragon or thyme)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large skillet heat the oil over medium-high heat.
2. Sauté the sliced mushrooms for 3-4 minutes or until starting to brown.
3. Add in the dried herbs like basil, rosemary, tarragon or thyme and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve this hot on top of a grilled steak, as a side dish with chicken or on top of a green salad.

TIPS
You can add a pinch of salt as per your preference.
Oil can be substituted with butter.
