|Whole mushrooms||9 Ounce|
|Burgundy wine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Trim any excess fat from steaks.
In skillet cook mushrooms in butter; push to one side.
In same skillet, cook steaks over medium heat to desired doneness, turning once.
Allow 10 minutes total cooking time for rare.
Season with a little salt and pepper.
Transfer to serving platter; keep warm.
Add Burgundy to skillet; stir to loosen crusty bits from bottom of pan.
Add cream; cook and stir over low heat till sauce is slightly thickened, about 4 minutes.
Serve mushroom sauce over steaks.
