Scalloped Rice And Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mushrooms 4 Ounce
  Melted fat 4 Tablespoon
  Condensed tomato soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Salt To Taste
  Green pepper 1
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine the rice, tomato soup, green pepper chopped fine, canned mushrooms with juice, fat and additional salt and pepper if necessary.
Arrange in a greased casserole and bake in a moderate oven of 375° F. for 30 min.
