|Melted fat||4 Tablespoon|
|Condensed tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
Combine the rice, tomato soup, green pepper chopped fine, canned mushrooms with juice, fat and additional salt and pepper if necessary.
Arrange in a greased casserole and bake in a moderate oven of 375Â° F. for 30 min.
