|Portabella||2 Cup (32 tbs), wiped and destemmed|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Sage||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
Place the mushroom on a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil on them. Season with fresh black pepper. Bake the mushrooms at 400F for 202-25 mins. Chop the mushrooms. Add sage to them. Spoon mushroom spread on top of lightly toasted whole wheat baugette and serve.
