Mushroom Crostini

Start your day with a healthy breakfast made with fresh mushrooms. This recipe can also be ideal as an afternoon snacks.
Ingredients
  Portabella 2 Cup (32 tbs), wiped and destemmed
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Sage 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Place the mushroom on a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil on them. Season with fresh black pepper. Bake the mushrooms at 400F for 202-25 mins. Chop the mushrooms. Add sage to them. Spoon mushroom spread on top of lightly toasted whole wheat baugette and serve.
