Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered oregano 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Beef broth/Consomm 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt butter or margarine, add almonds and cook slowly until light yellow in color.
Add mushrooms, stirring 5 minutes'- Add parsley, oregano and beef broth.
Season to taste with salt and pep per, and reheat.
Serve immediately.
