|Fresh mushrooms||1 Pound|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Italian seasoning||3 Teaspoon|
|Red wine vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Slice mushrooms; place in 2-quart jar.
Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and vinegar.
Fill jar with oil; place lid on jar.
Jar may be inverted several times before serving.
