|Cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Wash mushrooms; scoop out stems and as much of large mushrooms as possible, leaving shell.
Saute celery, onion and green pepper.
Chop up small mushrooms and centers of large mushrooms and stems.
Add cracker crumbs, walnuts, salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Combine mushroom and onion mixtures.
Place pat of butter in bottom of each large mushroom; stuff with filling.
Place mushrooms in flat pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
