Ingredients
  Wheat free tamari soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Walnuts/Pine nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄2
  Courgettes 3 (Zucchini)
  Champignons 8 Ounce (Mushrooms)
  Basil 2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Tamari soy sauce 2 Tablespoon (Wheat Free)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pine nuts/Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Dice the onion.
2) Slice the zucchinis and mushrooms into 1/4 inch slices.

MAKING
3) Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
4) Add the onion and cook until soft.
5) Add the zucchini and mushrooms, the tamari soy sauce, water and spices, and mix.
6) Cover and cook until the zucchini and mushrooms are soft.
7) Stir in the optional nuts.
