Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan, bowl, break the eggs, add the milk, sage black pepper, parmesan
2) Whip it well
3) In a frying pan, add the olive oil and sauté the onion and red bell pepper
4) Along with it sauté the garlic till fragrant
5) Pour in the eggs, switch off the heat
6) Stir in the eggs
7) Bake in the oven till the eggs are set

SERVING
8) Serve into wedges
