Mushrooms In Sour Cream
|Mushrooms||2 Cup (32 tbs), canned|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine undrained mushrooms and onion in sauce pan; simmer for 10 minutes.
Melt margarine in skillet; blend in flour.
Cook, stirring, until lightly browned; add to mushrooms.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in sour cream; heat through.
