Hot And Tangy Mushrooms

|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Red pepper||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Cooking wine||3 Ounce|
Boil mushrooms for 5 minutes; drain.
Brown garlic in oil with oregano.
Add mushrooms, hot pepper and wine.
Simmer for 1 hour or until mushrooms are tender.
