|Canned broiled mushrooms||12 Ounce|
|Vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pickling spice||2 Teaspoon|
|Packed dark brown sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Drain mushrooms; reserve 1/2 cup liquid.
'Place mushrooms in quart jar.
Combine vinegar, pickling spice, reserved liquid and brown sugar in saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour over mushrooms.
Refrigerate for 2 days.
