|Butter||2 Ounce (50g)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Button mushrooms||8 Ounce, wiped and trimmed (225g)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
1)In a deep dish, cook garlic with butter for about 1 minute, till the butter melts (cover the dish).
2) Add mushrooms to the butter and stir well, till they are coated with the butter.
3) Season the dish with salt and pepper and cook for about 3 - 4 minutes (cover the dish - stir the contents at least once during the process).
4) Add parsley and stir in well and serve the dish hot with hot toast (cut in triangles).
