Wild Mushroom Bisque
|Wild mushrooms||1 Pound|
|Butter||1 Pound (4 Sticks)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chicken stock||1 Gallon (16 Cup)|
|Half-and-half||1 Pint (2 Cup)|
1)Take a food processor and blitz the mushrooms for 1 minute.
2)Take a large saucepan,melt the butter and cook the mushrooms for upto 6 minutes.
3)Add the flour,stirring constantly and cooking for 8 minutes.
4) Pour the chicken stock and cook slowly till it heats up.
5) Add the half-and-half and mix well.
