Wild Mushroom Bisque

Ingredients
  Wild mushrooms 1 Pound
  Butter 1 Pound (4 Sticks)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken stock 1 Gallon (16 Cup)
  Half-and-half 1 Pint (2 Cup)
Directions

MAKING
1)Take a food processor and blitz the mushrooms for 1 minute.
2)Take a large saucepan,melt the butter and cook the mushrooms for upto 6 minutes.
3)Add the flour,stirring constantly and cooking for 8 minutes.
4) Pour the chicken stock and cook slowly till it heats up.
5) Add the half-and-half and mix well.

SERVING
6)Serve warm
