Peppers, Onions And Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Green bell pepper 1
  Onion 1
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Mushroom 1⁄4 Pound
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Using a knife, de seed and slice the pepper into thin trips
2) Cut the onion into thin slices
3) Into a frying pan, saute the sliced up peppers and onions
4) Under running water, wash the mushrooms and using a knife, slice them
5) Once the onions soften, add in the mushrooms and stir fry
6) Cook the vegetables till they turn tender
7) Add in salt and pepper to taste

SERVING
8) Serve with some rice or pita bread
