Sauteed Button Mushrooms With Brandy

Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 , minced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Brandy 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Toasted breadcrumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)Wipe mushrooms with a damp paper towel to clean.
2)Remove stems and reserve for another use.
3)Take a large skillet,melt the butter and add mushroom caps and the garlic.
4)Now saute and drizzle the lemon juice.
5)Cook on medium high heat,and keep moving the mushrooms to ensure even cooking.
6)Pour the brandy.
7)Once cooked for upto 10 minutes,pour the heavy cream and reduce slightly.

SERVING
8)Now psrinkle parmesan and toasted breadcrumbs and serve.
