Individual Mushroom Savouries

  Chopped onions 4 Ounce (115 Grams)
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Mushrooms 4 Ounce, chopped (115 Grams)
  Wholemeal flour 2 Teaspoon
  Soya flour 1 Teaspoon
  Potato 5 Ounce, mashed (140 Grams)
  Wholemeal breadcrumbs 2 Ounce (55 Grams)
  Parsley 1 , chopped
  Yeast extract 2 Teaspoon
  Millet flakes/Any other cereal 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon (1 Heaped Tablespoon)

1. Fry onions light brown oil
2. Add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes
3. Mix the flour and soya flour with a little cold water or stock and stir into vegetables.
4. Allow to boil meanwhile stir it for a couple of minutes
5. Add potato, bredcrumbs, parsley and yeast extract. Mix it proeperly
6. Turn into three individual fireproof dishes, sprinkle with cereal flakes and put under the grill to brown and crisp the crust.

7. Can be served with any green vegetable cooked ot raw
