Salami Stuffed Mushrooms
Onion - 1 tablespoon finely chopped
Salad oil - 1 teaspoon
Salami - 1/4 cup finely chopped
Smoke-flavored cheese spread - 1/4 cup
Catsup - 1 tablespoon
Fine soft bread crumbs - for sprinkling
1.Drain the mushrooms and make a cut to hollow out the crowns.
2.Cut the mushrooms to make them 3 tablespoons.
3.Preheat the oven to 425degrees.
4.Heat oil and cook onions and chopped mushrooms in it.
5.Add salami, cheese spread and catsup to the mixture and fill the crowns with it.
6.Add a sprinkling of crumbs and bake the crowns for 6- 8 minutes.
