Ingredients
  Canned mushroom crowns 12 Ounce
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce
  Diced toasted almonds 2 Tablespoon
  Leftover duck/Leftover chicken 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Onion juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Paprika 1 Dash
Directions

Drain mushrooms, reserving the broth for other use.
Remove stems with a sharp knife.
Chop the stems finely.
Soften the cream cheese at room temperature.
Add the mushroom stems and all remaining ingredients.
Combine well and heap the mix- ture in the hollow center of each mushroom crown.
Dust lightly with paprika.
