Mushrooms Polonaise

Ingredients
  Small mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Whole pepper 6
  Dried onion flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley sprigs 1
  Bay leaf 1
  Celery leaves 3
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Wash mushrooms and trim.

MAKING
2. In a saucepan, simmer rest of the ingredients for 10 minutes.

FINALISING
3. In a mixing bowl, place mushrooms and pour the sauce over it; let it cool.
4. Into a jar, pour the mushroom along with the sauce; close tightly and shake well.
5. Refrigerate the jar for at least 24 hours before using.

SERVING
6. Just before serving, drain.
