Baked Mushrooms Suisse

Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 4 Large
  Swiss cheese 2 Ounce
  Toast slice 1
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Onion powder To Taste
  Dehydrated chives To Taste
  Garlic powder To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 450°F.
2) Brush the bottom of baking dish with butter.
3) Remove the stems of the mushrooms.

MAKING
4) In a blender, place together mushroom stems, cheese, toast, parsley and seasonings.
5) Blend the cheese at high speed to make a smooth mixture.
6) Stuff the mushroom caps with the cheese mixture.
7) Place the mushroom caps on the baking dish and
bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve the Baked Mushrooms Suisse hot over small mixed salad if desired.
