Lemony Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Imitation butter flavoring 1⁄8 Teaspoon (optional)
  Fresh mushrooms 1 Pound, quartered if large
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Toast slice 1
  Parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) Press and rub the garlic clove on a non-stick pan.
2) Spoon the flavouring in the pan.
3) Heat and sauté mushroom for 2 minutes to incorporate the flavours.
4) Add the lemon juice and salt.
5) Put the lid and simmer for 5 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked.

SERVING
6) Serve hot on a toast and sprinkle with parsley.
