Ingredients
  Frozen cauliflower 20 Ounce (2 packages, about 10 ounces each)
  Cheddar cheese 2 Ounce, grated
  Parmesan cheese 1 Ounce, grated
  Skim milk powder 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dried onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Chicken bouillon cube 1 , crumbled
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 5 Ounce (1 can)
  Pimientos 4 Ounce, drained and diced
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2) In a saucepan, cook cauliflower in boiling salted water until very soft.
3) Remove from heat and drain.

MAKING
4) In a blender, place cauliflower, both the cheeses, milk powder, onion flakes, garlic powder, egg, bouillon, and pepper.
5) Blend the mixture until smooth.
6) Mix in the mushroom and pimientos.
7) Pour the cauliflower mixture into shallow pan.
8) Dredge with paprika and bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top.

SERVING
9) Serve hot garnished with parsley if desired.
