Favorite Marinated Mushrooms
|Small white mushrooms||1 Pound|
|Vinegar and oil dressing||16 Ounce (1 small bottle)|
|Sauterne/Any dry white wine||To Taste (as required)|
1) Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly and remove the stems.
2) In a bowl, marinate the mushrooms in the dressing.
3) Drain off the marinade and cover the mushrooms with sauterne or white wine.
4) Serve the Marinated Mushrooms on a serving platter.
